So Alison was referred to me by Katie, since they're both students at Gahanna Lincoln (my alma mater). Alison's mom and I had been in touch for months just hoping for one nice day to get outside for some photos. Well, being that we live in Ohio, of course that didn't happen at the most opportune times, so we had to settle for indoors! Alison had mentioned wanting to shoot at Columbus Museum of Art, a first for me! I was so excited to get to photograph in this space. As I got to know Alison during her session, I could see what a perfect fit it was for her senior portraits.
This girl is so talented and creative! She told me how she loves painting and drawing, enjoys impressionism artwork and spends a lot of her time playing her viola (guest appearance in the pictures). She hopes to continue playing her viola in college, while she studies zoology. Alison amazed me in front of the camera, and I loved working with her! Often times, she did what I was going to ask, before I even said it. She's a total natural!
She even braved the outside temperatures of a whopping 35 degrees, and boy am I glad we did! The courtyard there is beautiful, even in the winter time!
