This past weekend, I have the privilege of photographing my best friend's newest season of life! Lizzy and I have been friends for nearly 20 years. She's my oldest friend and I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to capture nearly every big season in her life... from senior photos, to her proposal, then wedding and now soon-to-be-motherhood!

I have known Katie for many years. It all started when I photographed her family, on the same day that her mother went on a first date with the man she is now married to. This family has a special place in my heart, and I've documented so many parts of their lives. I always feel like a mom when families come to me asking me to photograph their seniors... "Katie is a senior ALREADY?!?! How can that be?! It was like just yesterday she was ____ years old!"
I've had the privilege of working with the Estep family on numerous occasions. I first got connected with Aaron and Emily years ago because my best friend and her now husband went to school with them in Johnstown. When Emily and Aaron got engaged, I was thrilled that they reached out and asked me to be their wedding photographer!
I met Julia about a year ago when she interviewed for (and got!) my second shooter position for the 2017 wedding season. Goodness, was I blessed to have her on my team this past year. She has a darling family: Emma, her two-year old and Matt, her husband of four years. They also just announced that they're expecting another little girl next spring! I am so thankful for this girl, for both my business and as a friend.
Oh Gracyn, how beautiful you are! This session was so fun, with her mom, sisters, and friends all coming out for the photo occasion. You may notice most of her pictures are in her black and white plaid (which I love!) and there's a good reason for it. As soon as she finished getting ready, she closed her trunk... with her keys in it... No one who had a spare was answering their phones to come to the rescue, and we were losing daylight quickly. Thankfully, her friends came to the rescue (and even brought her pup for some photos) to save the day! I am in love with this location and with these pictures! Thanks for letting me capture a big year for you, Gracyn!
The Sampsons have been clients for several years now. Some time ago, Linda reached out to me wanting to have family pictures done. Ian and Elizabeth were still so little! Then a little over a year ago, Linda reached out to schedule Ian's senior pictures. What?! Since when do kids grow up so fast? During his session, we chatted about his plans for after graduation and he briefly mentioned enlisting. Last weekend, I got to photograph their family once more before Ian leaves for basic training at the end of this month, and then will become active to pursue his dream of being a medic in the Navy.
