Q: If our reception runs late, will you charge us extra to stay?

I'm happy to stay an extra 20 minutes past your contract time. Wedding days rarely ever run perfectly on schedule, and I know that. So I won't charge you for a little bit of time to get the needed events photographed. However, if events run longer than an additional 20 minutes, I will give you the option to add more time for an additional fee.

Q: Can we download our images from the online gallery? How can we get those printed?

All of the photos I return to you via your online gallery are high-resolution and downloadable. You can choose to order directly through the gallery site (recommended) or you can download your images and take elsewhere to print. 

Q: We don't need an engagement session. Can you discount our package?

Most photographers will tell you that the engagement session isn't for pictures. The engagement session is a chance for you and your fiancé to meet your photographer before your wedding day. Can you imagine having to spend an entire day posing in front of a camera for a total stranger? Me either! I want you to be as comfortable as possible on the day you get married. 

Q: When will we get our wedding photos?

I know how excited you will be to see pictures, and trust me, I'm JUST as excited to show you! I try to deliver several teaser images to you via social media within a few days of your wedding. Your final gallery will be delivered 4-8 weeks after your wedding!

Q: We're getting married out of Columbus/Ohio/America... Will you travel?

I'm packing my bags right now! I'm always looking to add more destinations to my portfolio. So far, I've photographed weddings all over Ohio, as well as in Boston, Siesta Key and Atlanta. Places I would LOVE to photograph a wedding: Lexington, Smoky Mountains, Denver, Savannah, and ITALY....a girl can dream, right?!

Q: We want YOU! *insert Uncle Sam GIF* How do we reserve our date?

HOORAY! I cannot wait to work with you. To reserve your date, I require a 50% deposit, which locks in your date and your pricing. I will send you an invoice via email, followed my a contract for you to sign. This makes it official!

Q: Do we get to meet you before we book you?

Of course! That's the way I like to do things. This should feel like a friendship not like you're just hiring another vendor. I want to make sure our personalities are a good match and that all of your questions are answered before you make the decision to move forward.

Q: When is our remaining balance due? Can we set up a payment plan?

Your remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks before your wedding. Please know that a late fee will be assessed, and no images will be released until payment is received in full. If you prefer to break up your remaining balance into payment plans, I can do that, too! Talk to me for more details.

Q: How can I pay you?

I accept cash, check and credit card. You may incur a small processing fee if paying your invoice online.
